Max Lux designs and manufactures the best possible outdoor gear. We choose the highest quality materials, build to the most exacting manufacturing standards, and test products rigorously. We proudly stand behind our gear: all Max Lux products carry a lifetime warranty against defects in workmanship and materials to the original owner for the intended life of the product under normal use (subject to proof of purchase from an authorised Max Lux reseller).
This warranty does not include damage due to improper use or care, accident, or negligence. This warranty also excludes normal wear and tear and material breakdown due to age, use, or environmental conditions.
Max Lux’s liability for warranty claims will be limited to repair, exchange, replacement, or credit of the purchase price. Our warranty does not cover damage to items stored in, or used in conjunction with our products. Warranty decisions are left to the discretion of the Warranty & Returns Department. Except in jurisdictions where the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damage is not allowed, then Max Lux will not, under any circumstances, be liable for any direct, indirect, special or consequential damages resulting from a warranty claim, and in no event will Max Lux’s aggregate liability exceed the price paid for the product.
In addition to the specific rights outlined above, you may be eligible for additional rights which may vary depending upon the jurisdiction or country in which you have purchased your product. You should contact the consumer protection agency in your country or territory to better understand any additional rights to which you might be entitled.
What to do in the case of a warranty claim.
Firstly, if you are having problems with your Max Lux product we would like to extend an immediate apology for your experience. We stand behind the products we design and manufacture, and we want you to have a positive experience with our gear. If you do have a concern, then your first point of contact should be the retailer where you purchased your product. As an authorised Max Lux reseller, they should have the technical knowledge and general experience to assist you with your warranty claim.
If you have not been able to resolve your issue by contacting the retailer where you purchased your item, then please complete the form to the right of this page. Include details of the issue, and attach images showing what is wrong with the product. A customer service representative will contact you within 48 hours to discuss your concerns.
